What this site does with your data.
This policy covers the data this website collects, that is, your contact, demonstration and project requests. Data processed inside a funded programme is a separate processing operation, described on the Personal data page.
Scope
What this policy covers
This site is a presentation site. It holds no account, no card and no payment operation: what it collects fits within the forms you fill in.
- What is covered
- The forms on this site, and nothing else
- Data controller
- Published with its full identity and contact details
- Data protection officer
- Published if the entity appoints one
- Programme data
- Separate processing, described on the Personal data page
- Trackers
- No audience measurement or advertising tracker on this site
What is collected
The information you enter in a contact, demonstration or project form: name, organisation, role, business email address, telephone number if you provide it, subject and description of your need. No identity document, no customer due diligence document and no banking data is requested by these forms. Please do not send us any through this channel.
Purposes and lawful bases
Your information is used to process your request, prepare the exchange and reply to it. Subscribing to our publications is optional, separate and not pre-ticked: it is not required to receive a reply. The lawful basis adopted for each purpose is published here from the entity’s record of processing activities, not inferred by guesswork.
Recipients of the data
Your data is accessible to the people at MAP in charge of replying to you, and to the processors that host the site and route the form. Their list, their role and the location of processing are published from the processing contracts. Your data is neither sold, nor transferred, nor used for advertising.
Retention periods
A contact request is kept for as long as it takes to process it and to handle any follow-up. The site’s technical logs are kept by the hosting provider for the security of the service. The actual periods are published here for each purpose, from the record of processing activities.
Your rights
You have the rights provided for by the applicable regulations: access, rectification, erasure, objection and restriction, as the case may be. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. To exercise a right, state which request you are referring to: we have no other way of finding you in our exchanges.
Competent contact
The address to which a rights request should be sent is published here together with the identity of the data controller and, where applicable, that of the data protection officer. Until that appointment is settled, use the contact form: your request is routed to the person responsible.
