You get the documents your procurement and compliance teams need.
Your procurement and compliance teams work on documents, not on pages. You will find here the catalogue of the supplier-assessment file: for each document, its theme, what it covers, its version and its mode of access. A document is only listed as available if it exists and can be provided in that mode.
Public, on request, restricted
Three modes of access, stated in advance
Knowing what will be refused is worth more than a generous catalogue that empties at the first request.
- Public
- The document is published on this site and can be consulted without a prior request.
- On request
- The document is provided after identification of the requester and of the purpose of their request, in its version in force and with its date.
- Restricted
- The document is only provided within a contractual framework, under access control. It is not hosted on this site.
A password screen on the browser side does not protect a sensitive document. Restricted documents are therefore not placed on this site, whatever the address used.
Catalogue of documents
The supplier-assessment file
Each line states the theme of the document and what it covers. Documents marked ‘on request’ are provided with their version and their validity date.
Version and date
A document that is provided carries its version and its validity date. Without them, your assessment rests on a document that nobody knows to be still in force. When a document is updated, the version in force is the one provided to you: we do not refer you to an archive.
What each document covers
A document covers one precise area, and only that one. Evidence obtained on part of the service is not valid for the whole, and a dated audit says nothing about the current state unless it is renewed. What the document covers and its date therefore always accompany it. MAP presents no certification without verifiable evidence.
Requesting a document
State the document you expect, your organisation and the framework of your assessment. We reply by specifying what is public, what is provided on request and what remains restricted. We also say so when the document does not exist yet. A MAP expert will get back to you, with no commitment.
Have your file reviewed
State the elements your organisation expects. We specify what is public, what is provided on request and what remains restricted. A MAP expert will get back to you, with no commitment.
